What you would be doing? • Market study for Sitrain requirements, making business strategy. • Preparing calendar, working on pricing. • Technical scope finalization with customer, jointly with regional team. • Developing customer relations for repeating orders. • Helping regions to make MOU with major customers. • Supporting regions to acquire orders. • Compiling business numbers & preparing business targets for regions to achieve them together. • Sharing commercial proposal and support to region for order finalization. • Revenue booking. • Sharing potential customer list with region. • OI and TO weekly review with region. • Visiting big potential customers. • Training date alignment with customer. • Preparing marketing broachers/collaterals. SITRAIN “LABS Training Business” (Direct business from College/University Customers) Order Acquisition & support (client interface) to execution-team for SITRAIN LAB Packages. Includes complete cycle from lead-generation to discussions/presentations followed by Offer Making (including detailed costing) & closing the Sales deal successfully. Loading the Order on the Execution Team & guiding them wherever necessary, with all inputs. Supporting Execution team post manufacturing & dispatch to ensure timely commissioning. Supporting Execution team post commissioning to ensure timely “Train the Trainer” programs. Supporting Finance team for any techno-commercial activities till complete Payment received. How do you qualify for the role - • Qualification - Engineer (Electrical / Electronics) • Experience - 10+ years in Switchgear / motor / drive / automation field. Handled Siemens products will be added skills. Sales / business knowledge is expected. This will be an interesting and challenging role for candidates like you.
