Role Overview:

Circuitry.ai is a pioneer in artificial intelligence, with a focus on developing and deploying solutions powered by generative AI technologies. We are in search of a creative and skilled Generative AI Trainer and Prompt developer to strengthen our team. This essential role involves training our generative AI models to produce high-quality, relevant, and contextually accurate outputs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, a comprehensive understanding of natural language processing, and the creativity to craft engaging prompts that direct AI to generate innovative and precise content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt Writing: Create detailed, clear, and imaginative prompts to guide the AI in generating content across various formats and styles. This task demands an advanced understanding of the subtleties of language and creative thought.
• Prompt Development and Optimization : Craft, test, and refine AI-generated text prompts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Utilize the Langchain library to optimize existing prompts and develop new ones that leverage chat history, metadata filters, and hybrid searches.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct extensive testing of AI-generated content to ensure adherence to quality standards and suitability for the intended audience. Identify patterns of errors or biases and collaborate with the AI development team to mitigate these issues.
• Evaluation for Accuracy and Relevancy: Rigorously evaluate the responses generated by large language models (LLMs) for accuracy, relevancy, and coherence, ensuring the outputs meet the high standards required for business applications and user engagement.
• Performance Improvement: Utilize the Langchain observability layer to monitor and analyze prompt performance. Identify key metrics for optimization and apply evaluation techniques to diagnose and address root causes of performance issues.
• Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in generative AI and natural language processing. Explore innovative ways to utilize AI for creative and practical applications, contributing to the company’s portfolio of innovations. Provide support to content and product teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing professionals, to ensure AI outputs are aligned with project goals and user needs. Provide concise guidelines and constructive feedback to improve the AI-generated content’s effectiveness.
• User-Centric Design: Develop prompts that not only leverage technical sophistication but also focus on user engagement and satisfaction. Incorporate feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Creative Writing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven knowledge and 6 months+ experience in Generative AI training, natural language processing, or related fields.
• Strong writing skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling prompts for various applications.
• Experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT for business applications, showcasing an ability to apply these technologies in solving business challenges.
• Creative and analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach and meticulous attention to detail.
