Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enabling a team of Sales Executives to achieve their sales targets 
  • Setting SOPs, SLAs and Processes required to make the sales process efficient
  • Achieving onboarding and revenue targets for their region
  • Planning strategies for achieving these targets based on the region’s requirements
  • Cold calling ; making multiple outbound calls to potential partners
  • Building business relationships with current and potential partners
  • Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences
  • Giving app demos and explaining Hudle plans in detail to prospective clients
  • Maintaining a database of prospective partner information
  • Regularly updating Sales CRM (Freshsales)
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Creating business plans and projections as needed while working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the partnership process
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting of the progress to management

Requirements & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in English, Hindi and local languages ) and a knack for sales.

  • 4+ years of experience in sales ; preferably in a B2B environment and similar industry
  • A drive to crack the next deal
  • Experience of selling to a range of partner personas; from a fully tech-savvy person to an uneducated businessman
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills ; the ability to call, connect and build a relationship quickly with potential partners
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.
  • Graduation in any specialization
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and other modern tools
  • Fluent in English, Hindi and Regional Languages wherever applicable
  • Ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment
