Global Ops ManagerLocation – Hyderabad HybridAbout the Role:•Provide leadership, strategic direction and technical expertise on process/operational excellence and customer satisfaction at Practice levelKey Responsibilities.•Develop framework for identifying, managing, and integrating productivity initiatives along with the Strategy Director and finance teams. Develop and execute on operations strategy in conjunction with Practice and Service Group Heads•Act as an advisor for Financial Performance, our Processes and Systems, Customer Satisfaction, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement•Lead large scale transformation/programs across the Practices potentially influencing GBS level discussions.•Provide leadership on investments and prioritization decisions for productivity and innovation projects at Practice level•Lead & facilitate projects (individual or teams) are large scale spanning across multiple service groups with effective change management techniques, to deliver business results (improved customer satisfaction, service quality & service mind set, reliability, productivity/efficiency and financial performance).Monitor and improve day-to-day operations of the business•Develop and coach Operations Resources, Practice Ops managers, Associates, Analysts
