We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to develop and grow our client base and new business opportunities for North East region of our established USA Executive search firm.. Summary: The Sales Manager role acquires new clients by building effective business relationships and selling BRIGHTPATH’s Executive search services, focusing on business development activities as well as learn to source and screen candidates via indirect and direct recruitment techniques. The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced team environment that requires tenacity, adherence to processes, a high level of organization, and an ongoing desire to grow professionally. We will take on the mission together for you to become a success by aligning you with some of the best talent and mentors the business has to offer. The Sales Manager position is the first step in a career path that will prepare you to become an Account Manager at BRIGHTPATH. This Sales Manager opportunity will teach you: 1. Sell Executive search services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities. 2. Develop and implement sales strategies, build business, and identify new opportunities within the recruitment services marketplace and your specified geographic region. 3. Identify client's staffing needs and provide staffing solutions by utilizing a consultative sales approach. 4. Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. 5. Utilize various channels of candidate sourcing through internet job boards, referrals, internet resources and direct recruitment methods. 6. Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements. 7. Create and organize job postings schedule and organize interviews with potential candidates. Qualifications: 1. 1 + years’ work experience in Staffing industry or IT / ITES sales (inside or outside sales) and looking to continue a career in sales. 2. Are available for work from home with own Laptop. 3. Have relevant skills and interests to pursue career in USA staffing and recruitment industry. 4.Have proven experience working with the phones and other recruiting tools to source active and passive candidates. 5.Have dedicated work space that is quiet and free from outside distractions, a high-speed internet connection, and means to attend meeting/trainings via phone/computer. Compensation: Will be paid as below: A) Fixed Compensation: Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per month depending on experience. B) Variable Compensation: 1.Rs 2000/- will be paid for each submitted candidate attend client interview. 2. 5% of the collected fee will be paid for each placement. 3.10% annual bonus on yearly variable earnings. 4.Health insurance for the entire family after first placement onwords.
