We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media and website Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical savvy, and organizational skills to manage our online presence and communication effectively.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Organize and showcase event data and photographs on social media and the institution’s website.
  • Update and maintain the website with current information, news, and events. Ensure the website is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Respond promptly to emails and calls from authorized personnel. Maintain professional and effective communication.
  • Develop skills and relationships to coordinate with newspaper reporters for event coverage and press releases.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in website maintenance and basic understanding of web design principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in photo editing and graphic design tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an educational environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Having photography skills is a plus
