Lead - SalesForce Marketing Cloud Consultant (5-8 years exp)

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced professional with more than 5 years of comprehensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), also known as ExactTarget, to join our team as a Lead Consultant. This role will involve close collaboration with our enterprise-level customers, leading projects and providing strategic guidance. Reporting to our Marketing Automation team in Noida, you will play a pivotal role in managing the marketing automation platform and driving innovative solutions.

Job Description:

As a Lead Consultant specialising in SFMC, you will be responsible for leading projects and providing strategic guidance to our enterprise-level customers. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will:

  • Lead the setup of day-to-day email campaigns and complex automated Email Journeys.
  • Manage complex data structures using Data Extensions (DEs) in SFMC.
  • Utilize AMPscript and Guide Template Language extensively.
  • Have a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's contact data model and utilize SQL extensively.
  • Utilize Journey Builder with expertise in Audience Builder configuration.
  • Work proficiently with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios.
  • Have expertise in Native and Custom Integration, such as Salesforce CRM integration.
  • Have extensive experience in SFMC mobile connect with US & UK markets.
  • Plan and develop automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud - SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript).
  • Have expertise in web service integration (REST/SOAP) and integration with databases.
  • Possess hands-on experience in Customer data portal and tableau and personalization studio.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), aka ExactTarget, is required.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with AMPScript, SSJS, and SQL is required.
  • API and integration knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Pardot end-to-end configuration and implementation.
  • Willingness to work in rotational 24*5 shifts.
