Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive located in Thane. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales deals. They will work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the electrical or industrial goods industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, and proficiency in a regional language is a plus
