What you’ll be doing Must have knowledge on network security components and hardware element utilised in telecom domain. Support hardware installation and manage network, hardware and its performance. Support hardware failure and network connectivity troubleshooting Support hardware configuration, managing security settings, should be able to suggest best hardware hardening settings as per industry best practice. Should be able to handle command line interphase (CLI) and basic configuration corelation of hardware’s like routers, switches, VPN, servers etc. Support field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues. Direct staff, contractors, engineers, and other on-site personnel of GPOP/node Managing and maintaining PPM scheduling and testing as per defined parameters Support the performance of investigations into the reported incidents (Physical, Behavioural, Data etc.) Perform the Information security risk management and assurance/audit activities in line with Regional Security program. Maintain operational efficiency by comprehensive reporting. Skills required for the jobStrong experience in Security Investigations and Information Security audits: Certification like ISO 27001, CCNA preferred.Education: Engineers with computers/ Information Technology preferred. Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Law Proven Stakeholders management: Ability to work under pressure and priority management skills, time management skills, clear communication. Analytical thinking: Ability to analyse the facts and artefacts and develop correlations.
