Role Description IDUS Furniture is seeking a full-time on-site Online Sales Representative based in New Delhi. The role requires a motivated and reliable individual responsible for expanding business opportunities and driving online sales by offering excellent customer service. The Online Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customers over the phone and on email, responding to product inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Handle online queries Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, Prepare client quotations, and provide excellent online customer service. Actively engage in making successful online sales.  Qualifications At least a high school degree with a background in commerce, sales, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in computers and e-commerce software Friendly attitude, proactive, and sales-driven
