Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales plans to promote IAT products to end users. Prepare and deliver sales quotations and reports in a timely manner. Proactively engage with customers and end users to achieve sales targets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers. Conduct site visits and perform fieldwork outside the office as assigned. Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide weekly (daily during the initial phase) updates to the line manager. Provide frontline and after-sale service responses and support to customers, coordinating with HQ for unresolved issues. Requirements: Proficiency in spoken Punjabi, Gujarati, and English languages. Technical college diploma or higher education in Agriculture Science, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred. At least one year of direct or field sales experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Possess a resilient and target-driven mindset, exhibiting a "never give up" attitude. Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, including rural areas. Own a vehicle is an advantage Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
