Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B software sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting demos, cold calling, prospecting, and managing channel partners to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct demos and presentations to potential clients - Cold calling and prospecting to generate new leads - Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and channel partners - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Work independently with minimal supervision - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales alignment - Provide sales performance reports and insights to management

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B software sales - Proven track record of success in software sales - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong prospecting and lead generation skills - Experience with CRM software - Strong understanding of software sales principles and practices - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
