House of Anita Dongre is seeking for a Human Resources Business Partner - Frontend HR


Key Responsibilities:

The role directly reports into the CHRO :


  • Partner with senior leadership and store managers to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process for frontline store positions, ensuring alignment with company values and diversity objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between frontend store locations and the corporate HR team, ensuring effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives and issues.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting , retention, benefits.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects that support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports for frontend store locations, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Job Requirements:


  • Overall Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Industry : Fashion / Retail / Lifestyle
  • Behavioral Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and team handling skills
  • Technical Skills Required: Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability, Advanced level MS Excel, PPT.
