Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Management: Allocation and redistribution of leads within the sales floor.

2. Resource Management: Efficiently manage lead resources and rechurning for improved efficiency.

3. Ownership of Lead Management: Take complete ownership of lead management processes.

4. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

5. Report Generation: Generate reports as per the timeline for performance analysis.

6. Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions where feasible.

7. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear visibility to stakeholders through performance matrices and reports.


Requirements:


1. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

2. Minimum 2 Years Experience: Previous experience as an Analyst in a Sales environment within the EdTech industry preferred.

3. Excel and Google Sheets Proficiency: Excellent command over spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.

4. CRM Software Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM software like LSQ, NoPapersForm, Sales Force, etc.

5. Data Management Skills: Strong ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

6. Lead Management Understanding: Clear understanding of lead generation, management, and distribution processes.

7. Basic Knowledge of SQL and Scripting: Candidates with basic SQL and scripting knowledge will be preferred.
