The role:

The IT engineer’s role involves Server, Network maintenance, Office IT inventory, ETAP license managing, SCADA Project IT support.

  • Server, Network configuration & Maintenance of office.
  • Commissioning of Control Room Setup, Provide SCADA-DMS system consists of RTU/PLC communication.
  • Maintenance of LAB setup.
  • Experience in SQL, Mongo DB.
  • Perform on-site installation and configuration of SCADA-DMS system.
  • Knowledge of VMware & Hyper V
  • Experience of making SCADA & DMS Database, Configurations of equipment like Router, , MODEM, Firewall etc
  • Troubleshoot of system and workstations
  • Provide training to office employees about IT.
  • Troubleshoot of Office 365, SharePoint


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Project IT support
  • Office IT equipment maintenance & configuration.
  • Backup of Office data & system.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Office system & network.
  • Database support: SQL Mongo DB
  • Experience in configuration Router, switch & Firewall.
  • Work on Virtualization.
  • Experience in IP configuration, DHCP, AD
  • Knowledge of 3rd party software i.e. NMS, Antivirus, Backup.
  • Experience in Architecture & system designing.
  • Knowledge of Visio application


Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Control Systems or Electronic/Electrical/CSE/IT, MCA Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience developing IT and network solutions.
  • Applicable technical certifications preferred.
  • Experience monitoring enterprise systems and installing security applications.
  • Prior experience with VMware, Server, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, and Python.
  • Understanding of SQL, Mongo, Oracle & Pie databases.
  • Proficiency in communicating technical concepts both verbally and in written documentation.


Competency:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Ability to organize and influence activities with internal and external customers.
  • Fluent in English and good verbal and written abilities
  • Travel throughout India and ASP region to support site activities and travel and work internationally.
  • Effectively communicate across all levels within the organization regarding complex technical and commercial issues
  • Ability to work in an environment using a decentralized, team-based approach.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.


It would be preferable if you also have:

  • Knowledge of Python, MATLAB coding, C++, C# etc.
  • CCNA, MCSA Certification
  • Experience in IT & Control centre setup
  • Master’s Degree in Control Systems or Electronic/Electrical/CSE/IT Engineering/ Business or equivalent.
