You conduct market research and contribute to business development strategies for WB coatings, including target market penetration, sales revenue, and margins.Investment & Business Case: You calculate the business case for new opportunities, gain agreement for required investment, and monitor market development activities.Team Collaboration: You work closely with teams from multiple functions within the business to enhance their understanding and help set clear priorities.Business Development: You monitor and measure activities (incl. sales) to ensure that they are in line with business aims and propose remedial action where appropriate.Internal Ambassador: You act as an ambassador within Siegwerk to create awareness and excitement amongst stakeholders in the Business Units and Regions. Your Profile - What do You bring as Business Development Manager - Waterbased Coatings (f/m/d)?   You have successfully completed a related university degree or broad industrial experience.You bring a minimum of 5 years of sales/commercial experience in the paper, packaging or coatings industry.You are a strong influencer and networker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Another European language would be an advantage.You are an “Early adopter” with curiosity and passion for emerging technologies.You are operating in a pragmatic and flexible way combined with technical understanding and entrepreneurial mindset to adapt to changing contexts.You have the ability to think conceptually and strategically about end-to-end solutions.You are self-motivated, result-oriented and persistent.You bring the willingness to travel.
