Location: Hyderabad, India


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of strong marketing experience in B2B software and B2B SaaS (ideally in HR tech space)
  • Prior experience with branding initiatives, marketing events and scaled customer acquisition
  • Expertise and proven track record in performance and digital marketing (Linkedin and Google channels)
  • High enthusiasm, self motivated, emotional intelligence and customer centricity
  • Strategic mindset and high ownership and leadership
  • Formal degree in marketing (MBA) is a plus but not mandatory


Responsibilities:

1. Create an innovative brand story and execute brand building for Thriving Springs

2. Create user acquisition at scale and customer self-serve strategies and product led growth

3. Conceptualize, own and run digital marketing campaigns on linkedin and Google

4. Evangelize product with customers to seek feedback and be the bridge between customers and engineering

5. Engage with press and media to push the Thriving Springs brand as thought leader in learning management space

6. Drive social media presence, optimising website and SEO strategy for Thriving Springs

7. Take high ownership and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset in building a marketing narrative and creating a strong customer pipeline through marketing initiatives
