Role Overview: As a Delivery Manager in the customized solution e-learning domain, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of tailored e-learning solutions to clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with cross-functional teams, client engagement, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage the delivery of customized e-learning solutions from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with internal teams and clients. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their e-learning needs. Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address concerns. Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction. Solution Customization: Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and technical teams to customize e-learning solutions according to client specifications. Ensure that the customized solutions meet quality standards, instructional design principles, and technical requirements. Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, designers, and QA testers to ensure seamless project execution. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client expectations. Implement best practices and quality standards to enhance the overall quality of customized e-learning solutions. Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients regarding project progress, milestone achievements, and any deviations from the project plan. Address client feedback and incorporate changes to ensure the final deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Education, or Business Administration. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience of min 15 yrs in project management, preferably in the e-learning or education technology sector. Strong understanding of e-learning platforms, instructional design principles, and learning management systems (LMS). Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards project success. Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
