Job Summary:


As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing

effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and

improve website visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

enhance the website's performance in search engine rankings, increase organic

lead generation, and optimize overall user experience. The SEO Manager will

also analyze data, monitor industry trends, and stay updated with search

engine algorithms to ensure the implementation of best practices.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute SEO strategies:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify target audience to develop effective SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve organic rankings and visibility.
  • Implement off-page optimization techniques such as link building, content promotion, and social media to enhance website authority.

Technical SEO optimization:

  • Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues affecting search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to resolve technical SEO issues and ensure website accessibility, speed, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Implement structured data markup and XML sitemaps to enhance search engine crawling and indexing.

Content optimization and creation:

  • Develop and execute content optimization strategies to improve organic traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and identify opportunities for new content creation.
  • Conduct content gap analysis and keyword mapping to align content strategy with target keywords and user intent.

Performance analysis and reporting:

  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Analyze organic search data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, keyword rankings, traffic and conversion metrics.

Stay updated with industry trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Share industry insights and recommendations with the team and stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
