We have solidified our position as one of the leading data curation and management service providers across industry verticals. We currently work with curating highly specific data for training Generative AI models. About Role: We are looking for researchers who have the skills to perform quality research across domains and present the results in an organized and efficient manner. AI models need training across domains ranging from finance, science, technology, engineering, math, legal, and literature to travel and accommodation research, company analysis, market analysis, and more. You will be using your research skills to fine-tune and innovate AI model response and behavior. If you are someone who enjoys tackling new challenges, learning and exploring new topics, and writing, you will be a great fit for this role. Responsibilities: A normal day at SoftAge will look like: Conducting in-depth research about any given topic. Verifying every detail and providing credible references. Analyzing the collected data to gain helpful insights. Compile and summarize researched information, data, and statistics into reports, documents, and case studies. Putting your writing skills to use and presenting findings in a concise and easy-to-understand format. Performing the given tasks on client-side or in-house tools. Collaborating with team members to solve any potential roadblocks in the research process. Training and guiding team members with their research tasks. Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and related fields. Required Qualifications: Education Qualification: PhD in any relevant subjects: science, technology, engineering, maths, English and Literature, Finance. Writing Skills: Proven skills in writing with a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and syntax. Research Skills: Critical thinking skills to research various topics and arrive at logical conclusions. A level of curiosity, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking to devise innovative research approaches. Attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver high-quality work on time. Prior knowledge of researching techniques and tools. Soft Skills: Work collaboratively with team members ensuring an open communication channel Open to opportunities for continuous learning and acquiring new skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of research deliverables. Important Details: Job Role: On-site (No remote work option offered) Location: Gurugram, Haryana The selection process will include a written assignment and multiple rounds of interviews.
