Job Title: Senior Executive - Client Servicing (Mainline)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-3 Years



Key Accountabilities


  • Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team.
  • Working with the team to conceptualize a campaign that meets the client's brief.
  • Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client.
  • Conducting survey/research for Brand building and brand Promotions.
  • Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification.
  • Managing budgets and campaign costs.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, analyzing data and providing insights to clients.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and taking necessary steps to optimize them.
  • Assist in creating 'pitches', along with the creative team.
  • Play the role of collaborator in the team that works on a particular account.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.


Professional Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in account management within a mainline agency or advertising environment.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.
  • Strong client-service orientation.
  • Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
