<h4>Job Description</h4><p><strong>Job Purpose: </strong></p> <p>Sales Officer CLAP is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source loan against</p> <p>property loans from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references. Also, they need to</p> <p>work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Consumer LAP business.</p> <p><strong>Key Accountabilities: </strong></p> <p>Marketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation.</p> <p>Branch leads follow up and conversion.</p> <p>Conversion of leads to logins.</p> <p>Achieving assigned monthly productivity</p> <p>Sourcing quality portfolio</p> <p><strong>Job Duties & Responsibilities: </strong></p> <p>Cold calls to be done in the catchment mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated for</p> <p>CLAP business.</p> <p>Distribute C-LAP brochures in the catchment area to generate leads.</p> <p>Conduct market visits and promote CLAP to prospective customers.</p> <p>Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.</p> <p>Understanding customers requirement for business loan and pitching the right product as per</p> <p>requirement</p> <p>Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.</p> <p>Maintain daily sales report.</p> <p>Collect 2 references from every customer for C-LAP business.</p> <p><strong>Age, Educational & Experience Requirements: </strong></p> <p><strong>Age </strong></p> <p>22 to 35 Yrs</p> <p><strong>Educational Qualification </strong>Graduate</p> <p><strong>Relevant Experience </strong></p> <p>Minimum 1 to 3 Years of LAP / sales experience</p> <p><strong>Core Competencies & Skills </strong></p> <p>Sales Skills, Effective Communication, Relationship Management, Domain Expertise</p> <p>Sales & Lead Generation Activities, Client Meetings,</p> <p>Closely work with Branch Team</p> <p>Objection handling, Product knowledge.</p><h4>Employement Category:</h4><b>Employement Type: </b>Full time</br><b>Industry: </b>BFSI </br><b>Role Category: </b>Sales Support / MISSales / BD </br><b>Functional Area: </b>Not Applicable</br><b>Role/Responsibilies: </b>Require Sales Officer Lap_ Vijayawada
