Fluidra is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer who solves business problems by configuring the Salesforce Platform. You build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. Salesforce Developers work with stakeholders to define system requirements and develop the platform. As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration will be instrumental in driving the success of our Salesforce implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Customize Salesforce to meet the unique needs of the organization, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Architect and design scalable and maintainable solutions, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and technologies to enhance the platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with integration architects to ensure seamless data flow and communication across different systems.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Implement and enforce coding standards to maintain a high level of code quality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design documents, release notes, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with support teams to address and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or similar.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
