Roles & Responsibilities:

The position will provide expert leadership & mentorship to the Restaurant team, delivering consistent guest centric service. You will be responsible for developing a strong team that is knowledgeable, guest focused and motivated to deliver exclusive food & beverage experiences that exceed guest expectations always. Ensure that the service standards are always followed, and guest preferences are given priority. Continuously garner guest feedback and update the Director F&B with critical areas, creating an action plan to streamline operations and restaurant offering. Regularly review menu offerings along with the outlet Chef and carry out effective menu engineering. Closely monitor the outlet’s business results, achieving the budgeted revenues, profit and food & beverage costs whilst maintaining quality. Ensure the Restaurant opening and closing checklist is conscientiously followed by the team members. Further, the role of providing effective leadership to the Restaurant operations ensuring upkeep of equipment, proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation always will be yours.


Desired Candidate profile:

  • An experienced Restaurant Manager with a five-star luxury hotel with international exposure will be preferred.
