Job Description:
Experience - 3+ Years
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of process engineers for multiple product lines
- Responsible for definition of end-to-end Software development process
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of templates, operating instruction for Software requirements, design and testing
- Improve process flow based on business and engineering requirements
- Create process references based on tools such as RMC
- Coach teams in CMMI and ASPICE process
- Create and deploy process measurement metrics and report out
- Lead process audits against defined references and report
- Support tailoring of processes according to project needs
- Lead process transition efforts if any
- Support engineering teams in creation and maintenance of templates
- Adhere to Comstar corporate and local processes, methods, procedures
Required Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of CMMI, ASPICE processes
- Knowledgeable on Motor control algorithms
Desired Experience:
- At least 3 years Automotive Industry experience
- Proven multi-tasking skills. Should have handled parallel projects/teams at the same time.
- Good presentation skills
