Job Description:


Experience - 3+ Years


Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of process engineers for multiple product lines
  • Responsible for definition of end-to-end Software development process
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of templates, operating instruction for Software requirements, design and testing
  • Improve process flow based on business and engineering requirements
  • Create process references based on tools such as RMC
  • Coach teams in CMMI and ASPICE process
  • Create and deploy process measurement metrics and report out
  • Lead process audits against defined references and report
  • Support tailoring of processes according to project needs
  • Lead process transition efforts if any
  • Support engineering teams in creation and maintenance of templates
  • Adhere to Comstar corporate and local processes, methods, procedures


Required Experience:

  • Thorough knowledge of CMMI, ASPICE processes
  • Knowledgeable on Motor control algorithms


Desired Experience:

  • At least 3 years Automotive Industry experience
  • Proven multi-tasking skills. Should have handled parallel projects/teams at the same time.
  • Good presentation skills
