Due to our global business expansion, we are looking for highly talented and ambitious future colleagues across multiple industries, from Consultant to Senior Leadership roles in Bengaluru and Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting hiring managers on the recruitment process and responding quickly to their needs

• Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available

• Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates

• Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge

• Developing new business relationships with multinational clients

Requirements:

• Work experience in agency recruitment

• Native Kannada proficiency

• Professional mindset and motivation for the recruiting business
