Job Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Grand View Consulting you will be at the forefront of the company, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling properties. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Management : Generate leads through referrals to buy and sell properties, maximizing business opportunities in various market conditions. Client Advisory: Offer expert advice to clients on current market trends, property prices, and mortgage options to inform their decision-making processes. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to establish competitive property prices and understand emerging trends. Listing Creation: Skillfully create and manage property listings, detailing critical information such as location, features, and square footage to attract and inform potential buyers and renters. Property Showcasing: Conduct property showings for potential buyers effectively demonstrating key features and benefits. Offer Negotiation: Skillfully present and negotiate purchase offers with buyers to secure favorable terms for all parties involved. Contract Agreement: Diligently review purchase contracts and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with all agreed terms. Document Preparation : Prepare and manage all necessary transaction documents. Qualifications: Proven 2-5 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson. Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively. Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation. Trustworthy and results-driven. Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to understand and present contracts. Competency in Microsoft Office and various real estate management software.
