About the Role:
What you will do:
Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs.
Oversee project management processes, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management, to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Lead and mentor a team of project managers and delivery personnel, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
Define and enforce delivery standards and best practices across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through successful project delivery.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing service offerings and delivery capabilities.
Drive operational excellence through the implementation of efficient processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize delivery outcomes.
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, summarizing project status, risks, and achievements.

Qualifications:
● At least 12+ years of work experience, 8+ years into program management.
● Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
● Formal project management course, degree, or certification is mandatory
