Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an effective IAM strategy aligned with the organization's security objectives.
2. Manage IAM solutions to ensure secure and seamless access to resources.
3. Enforce access control policies for systems, applications, and data.
4. Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security
5. Design & manage the entire user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes. 6. Implement and maintain automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
8. Advanced debugging & troubleshooting - work with solution provider, network team, other internal teams for resolution
9. Lead the implementation of Privileged Access Management solution including discovery and inventory of privileged accounts, defining access controls.
Qualification/Skill:
1. Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology
2. 4-6 years in Information Security with minimum 2 years of experience in IAM
3. In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
4. Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, Active Directory
5. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific certifications are a plus.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
