You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and internal sales team. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate. Responsibilities Technical Support Engineer have an opportunity to possess technical expertise in the areas of Equipment Reliability and Energy Conservation programs. They collaborate closely with Maintenance and Reliability Engineers to implement the Technology Systems and Softwares. They provide product & technical expertise and guidance to support Maintenance and Reliability Engineers, Technical Support Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that Technology products function optimally throughout their lifecycle. Here's an overview of their responsibilities: Teamwork: They will collaborate with Sales and Marketing Team to ensure alignment and support business objectives and customer satisfaction. Training: Providing training to customers on how to use Technology products and Softwares effectively. Technical Support: They provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of technology products. This support is mainly offered through on-site visits and through phone, emails modes, Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers is essential for a Technical Support Engineer. They strive to understand customer needs, address concerns promptly, and exceed expectations to foster long-term partnerships. Troubleshooting: When customers encounter issues with technology products, support engineers diagnose the problem, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve them quickly and effectively. Field Service: In some cases, Technical Support Engineers will perform the role of Condition Monitoring Engineers for Planning, Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting for Maintenance decisions. Continuous Improvement: Support engineers analyze support trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or process improvements. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the technologies, Products, and Softwares to providing better support and solutions to customers. Qualifications 0-3 years of industry work experience Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Graduate Written and Verbal Communications in English
