Overview Data Management: Create and maintain customer accounts for both UK and international customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Process amendments and updates to customer accounts promptly and accurately and high standards. Manage customer login credentials, including the addition of new users and troubleshooting login issues. Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Execute data management tasks with meticulous attention to detail, recognizing the critical importance of accuracy in all aspects of data handling. Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective and smooth transaction of customer orders and data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Sales Support: Generate and deliver quotes for customers, both domestic and international, with a high degree of accuracy. Manage volumetric data related to sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. Key Requirements: Proven experience in data management, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Strong proficiency in any CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
