Quantity Surveyor - Billing

The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of estimation and bill verification.


Job Description:

  • Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
  • Prepare detailed Comparative Statements for submitted tenders.
  • To be well versed with BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and Rate analysis.
  • Verify & process contractor and sub-contractor's Running bills / Invoices for certifications by checking measurements at site and GFC drawings.
  • Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
  • Preparing reconciliation statements for each projects as per client requirements.
  • Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety and quality at lower costs by evaluating different options without compromising the architectural design intent.
  • Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation
  • Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget
  • Proper Bill tracking for each project from contractors and keeping records
  • Prepare and submit accurate invoices / bill details from contractor to clients based on project milestones and deliverable


Qualification & Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Engineering / Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction and Architecture specially in handling Large Scale Projects
  • Experience in Health Care Projects, Educational Institutional Projects & Commercial Projects will be an added advantage

  • M.S. Office and Autocad
  • Knowledge in Construction Industry as well as Project Management Consultant Firm
