SUMMARY


As Manager - HR Business Partner, you will oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. You will communicate with business leaders to express new ideas and suggest solutions. You will provide project leadership for human resource initiatives and collaborate with management in order to enable measurable differences in employee focus and increase productivity. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant and trusted partner on human resources management and organizational changes.



Responsibilities:

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.

Analyze trends and metrics of the market and suggest best practices.

Resolve complex employee relations issues.

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Provide HR policy guidance.

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

Evaluate training programs.

Suggest new HR strategies.

Consult and lead change management strategies.

Closely work with site business leaders on engagement, performance, and development needs to deliver HR goals for the business.

Partner with other HR colleagues to leverage resources and programs.

Act as a link between business and colleagues by handling questions, interpreting and administering solutions and helping resolve work-related issues.

Drive assigned HR projects and initiatives for the aligned business group such as for enhancing retention and engagement.

Publish HR scorecards and dashboards for the business.

Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing exit interviews, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards.

Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to the business’s management personnel through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.

KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE:


6-10 years of professional HR experience.

Proven interpersonal skills and ability to influence and inspire at all levels in the organization.

Demonstrated ability in partnering with businesses in developing & executing HR strategies.


OTHER CONSIDERATIONS :


Location; Gurgaon

Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones.

Should be open to travel when required.

Since this is an IC role, one should be open to handling regular HR admin work as well.
