Roles and responsibilities:

. Handling End to End recruitment with ability to manage multiple requirements at a time.

· Conducting Initial screening to check the candidate's suitability in attitude, academics, professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. before processing.

· Candidate should be well versed with Job portal like; Naukri, Linkedln and other job portals to find right talent.

· Following up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them, if they have any issues such as, compensation review/ relocation/onsite travel etc.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

· On boarding formalities, Induction, Data management, maintaining the personal file.

Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition in a cost-effective manner from various channels of sourcing within the defined timeline. To handle end to end recruitment activities (screening, sourcing, searching, conducting interviews, administer tests, roll out, shortlisting etc.). Active involvement in sourcing candidates from various references.

• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical Teams to source candidates for open jobs.

• Initiating and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.

• Completing joining formalities for new joiners. Ensuring smooth on-boarding of new joiners including induction and team introduction.

Key requirements:

• Bachelors / master’s degree in human resources

• 4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends

• Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates

• Time-management skills and multitasking ability

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers

• Works comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR Software .
