· Collaboration Skills: Capacity to work effectively with other departments, to gather information, and ensure accuracy in the content, while maintaining brand consistency and messaging compliance with legal and corporate values.

· Communication Skills: While technical expertise is crucial, strong communication skills are equally important for conveying complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

· Editing and Proofreading: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in editing and proofreading content to ensure quality.

· SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility.

· Time Management: Ability to manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of material.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education requirement and considerable experience:-

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related technical field;

· Proven experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in the software industry;

· Strong understanding of software development concepts: terminology, APIs, and the overall software development process;

· Technical Writing or Documentation Certification: Courses or certifications in technical writing or documentation are considered a plus;

· Experience in applying User Experience (UX) principles is considered a plus;

· Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Confluence and ZenDesk Guide, is considered a plus;

· Familiarity with agile development methodologies is considered a plus;

· Experience in developing or implementing content management strategies is considered a plus
