We are also deeply committed to recognising and valuing diversity across our teams. www.godrejconsumerproducts.com Designation: Institutions & CPC Manager Location: Mumbai Job Purpose Institutions & CPC Head: Shall lead the channel and 6 member strong team thereby being responsible for Institutional Channel along with Central Police Canteen business Pan India Business. He/She shall be responsible for business growth of this channel and shall require: Roles & Responsibilities: Institution Side: 1. Curate Institution Packs: Liaison with Marketing and Design team to create throughput lucrative Institution Gifting packs. 2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 3. Segment Wise Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales within institutional channels, aligning with overall business objectives. 4. Distribution Channel Management: Manage distribution channels effectively, ensuring timely delivery and optimal product availability for institutional clients. 5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with institutional clients, ensuring favorable terms while protecting the interests of the company. 6. Product Training and Support: Provide product training and support to institutional clients, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively utilize the products or services. 7. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the institutional segment, identifying opportunities for growth and adaptation. 8. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly, striving to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. 9. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, packaging design and supply chain to develop strategies and initiatives tailored to institutional clients. 10. Marketing Support: Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns targeted at institutional clients, ensuring messaging is relevant and impactful. 11. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track sales performance within institutional channels, providing regular reports and analysis to management, and making recommendations for improvement. CPC Side: 1. Increasing billing of Master Canteens as per the universe present, increasing billing frequency of Master & Subsidiary canteens; 2. Controlling damage and expiry of Master canteen & Subsidiary canteens and settling the same through CSP or company process 3. Maintaining the right Agency & Go To Market strategy for various segments withing CPC 4. Introducing and controlling the portfolio laid out by GCPL for a win-win with the shoppers of Police Canteens & the Canteen Fill Rates 5. On Shelf Availability of our key primary assortment Educational Qualification: MBA Experience: 7+years experience handling Institutional and/or CPC sales.
