Job Summary The Customer Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team at AGEasy By Antara by gathering, analysing, and interpreting customer data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. You will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from various data sources, including liaising with external research partners to conduct primary research, to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviour. These insights will be used to optimize marketing campaigns, personalize customer experiences, and drive overall business growth. Responsibilities Design research methodology that gives bias-free customer insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to define customer insights needs and develop a customer data collection strategy. Collect and analyse customer data from various sources (surveys, website analytics, social media, CRM, etc.) Liaise with external research partners to conduct primary research, such as surveys, focus groups, or in-depth interviews, to gather deeper customer insights. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and customer segments. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing campaigns, product development, and customer experience optimization. Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Stay up to date on customer research methodologies and best practices in marketing analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer insights or marketing analytics, preferably within the D2C or healthcare sector. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with SQL queries for data extraction is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations. Experience in collaborating with external research partners is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
