Responsibilities:
- Counseling: Guide inquiries through our courses, explaining details comprehensively.
- Lead Management: Contact prospective leads, scheduling appointments for center visits.
- MIS Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) for inquiries and walk-ins, submitting daily reports.
- Conversion: Follow up with inquiries, converting walk-ins into admissions.
- Student Lifecycle Management: Oversee the student lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and form completion.
- Fee Management: Timely follow-up with students for fee payments.
- Batch Assignment: Coordinate with the academic team to assign batches to new enrolments.
- Seminar/Workshop Coordination: Organize in-house and outdoor seminars/workshops.
- Relationship Management: Foster positive relations with students and parents.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
