Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist with 1-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist project managers in organizing ongoing projects, ensuring that all project phases are on track, and coordinating project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
  • Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Tracking: Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Communication: Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed about the project’s progress. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps).
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department. Maintain risk and issue logs.
  • Tools: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Support: Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of project operations.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not required.
