The ideal candidate should be able to assist in timely delivery of projects from start to finish by ensuring the execution as per master schedule and coordinating with various internal resources to ensure that the set timelines / milestones are met and escalation of deviations / lags in completion.


Key Internal Stakeholders: R&D, Projects & Manufacturing

 

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for project management support to the scientific team ensuring the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated project deliverable across all phases. Initiate and amend submission based on comments (as required). Support the research team with the development of a scope of work; build plan and schedule for agreement with the internal stakeholders. Arrange key internal and external stakeholder meetings. Track the delivery of activities (including managing issues and risks) and support follow up. Support the management of the assigned project in line with the agreed budget. Support and manage as required external spend tracking (e.g., approvals, purchase orders, and goods received). Support adherence to associated compliance related activities and approvals (with internal stakeholder taking accountability for compliance). Collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum Graduation with 2+ years of demonstrable experience in Project management.
  • Solid attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Results-driven and capable of working independently working as part of a cross-organizational team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
