Job Description : Hands on experience in Key Account Management, Business Development & Client Relationship Management.Managing a team of resources which includes Team leads, Front Enders and Recruiters.The primary responsibilities of this role includes strategic planning & hiring for the client to increase the closures Volume and ensuring overall process integrity and providing relevant and timely reporting on staffing activities.Dynamic, results-focused full life cycle recruiting professional with commitment to client service and creative recruitment. Proven track record of success, identifying and closing top candidate talent with special emphasis on hard-to-fill positions.Acted as a primary liaison between top management and other location leadership teams, overseeing business and revenue forecasting and performing a variety of proactive recruitment and human resources function.Regular meeting with the team leaders for GAP analysis and consistency measures.Conducted and participated weekly review meetings with the top management for setting up targets and analyse the performance of every account.Provide strategic direction, leadership to recruitment team to ensure in achieving the desired results.POC for the assigned client across the locations in India.Setting monthly targets for the team and ensure prompt delivery as committed for the client.Actively involved in maintaining TAT for the requirements received from the client.Strictly achieve the deadlines within stipulated time period and ensure client satisfaction.Coordinating with the sales team in resolving issues faced with the Account and assisting in getting new POC's.Meeting clients regularly for exclusive drives and ongoing requirements.Guiding the team effectively on delivery and motivating them with the feedback received from clients.Drive and interview Coordination as per client request.
