This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage projects and facilitate agile methodologies within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both project management and scrum methodologies, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Act as a Scrum Master for multiple agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices to promote continuous improvement and efficiency. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver project requirements effectively. Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery of legal services projects. Lead the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the project teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide project updates, resolve issues, and address concerns. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in agile methodologies and project management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Computer Science, Legal Studies, etc.). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent agile certification required. Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in a virtual or remote work environment. Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply them in a legal services context. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Proficiency in project management tools such as SmartSheets, ClickUp, and DevOps. Familiarity with legal services industry practices and terminology is a plus. Availability to work normal business hours in the GMT-6 time zone.
