Plant HR/IR & Admin activities at Plant level. Acquisition and optimum utilization of resources available. Training & Development Labour Management – Handle contractual labour (third party) Manage all Statutory Compliances related to factory Knowledge of Gratuity, PF, ESIC, Bonus, PMS Etc. Should be able to handle Performance Management Govt liaising, liaison with Labour Dept., half-yearly & annual returns as per Contract labour act & Minimum wage Act To lead various internal / external audits in line with the Quality Standards Responsible for Implementing EHS system. Driving EHS through training and ensuring EHS implementation across functions. Ability to handle multi-locational assignment Union Handling & Wage settlements Maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations in the factory. To co-ordinate the payroll, annual salary and bonus for plant. Responsible for all salary reviews for the third party employees. Managing personnel files and documents as per statutory norms. Handling Grievances of plant. Calculating and minimising absenteeism Managing overall Training & Development of employees as per the various inputs from the department heads, individual and market scenario to ensure an efficient workforce. Ensuring timely and accurate MIS for manpower reporting Maintain and update personnel files and records Supervise and bring improvements in plant Administration & Safety practices Hiring and managing of complete lifecycle of on roll and off roll employees Role : Handling end to end Plant HR/IR operations & Admin activities at Plant level Qualification : MBA or PG (Specialization - HR / Industrial Relations)/ MSW / MLM Experience : 15 – 20 years Exp in a manufacturing set-up Location : Hyderabad
