About the Team: This critical Techno-Functional Support position is for the Protegent CX team, which provides dedicated support for the SCM Product. As a key member of this team, you will handle client relationships and manage ticketing and customization as agreed upon in contracts. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience supporting web-based applications. - Familiarity with C#, Web Forms, MVC, web services, and JavaScript. - Ability to understand and debug code using Visual Studio IDE. - Troubleshooting skills for IIS configuration issues with deployed applications. - SQL query writing skills, including various types of joins and grouping. - Comfort with using SQL built-in functions. - Ability to debug complex SQL scripts, procedures, views, and functions. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. What You Will Be Doing: - Manage client relationships in a techno-functional capacity. - Respond to SEV1/SEV2 situations. - Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. - Provide support to customers/users for highly technical or sophisticated issues. - Review support transition checklists from implementation. - Independently work on small CX projects or take ownership of project execution with multiple staff members. - Collaborate with technical support teams and assist in client triage sessions. - Assist Prod Ops in addressing daily load monitoring issues. - Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations. Added Bonus If You Have: - Powershell experience. - Experience working in a client-facing environment or exposure to customer communication.
