We at LTIMindtree are looking are seeking an experienced FinOps Product Manager to lead and optimize our cloud financial management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, cloud technologies, and product management. Responsibilities - 1. Product Design & Plan: • Responsible for designing cloud cost management solutions/frameworks/architecture. • Eliciting these requirements to the product development team 2. Collaboration: • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements. • Interact with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals related to the product or service. 3. Market research & Competitive Analysis: • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market demands to provide recommendations for product enhancements. 4. Product Demonstrations: • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities, allowing clients to visualize how the product can add value to their operations. 5. Documentation: • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and manuals, to support clients in using the product independently. 6. Product Feedback: • Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with the product and communicate this feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement. 7. Problem Resolution: • Facilitate in resolving client issues or challenges related to the product. Required skills - • Total IT experience of 6 to 8 years with at least 3/4 years as Product Consultant. • Good knowledge on cloud FinOps service areas such as capacity forecasting, cloud cost optimization techniques, financial reporting, and automation techniques. • Familiarity with Cloud Monitoring and Cost Management tools/APIs. • Experience working in Agile software development. • Ability to plan and execute requirement analysis in a logical, structured, systematic manner. • Excellent leadership and communication skills to cooperate well with relevant internal/external stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment. • Ability to operate independently, and as part of a team.
