Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative for our flagship product AppSociety, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. You will engage with potential clients primarily through phone calls, emails, and virtual presentations, showcasing the value of our society management application. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, as you'll be interacting with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and qualify leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media platforms. 2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the AppSociety application. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales targets and revenue goals. 5. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage pipeline effectively. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position AppSociety's solution in the market. 7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Proven track record of success in inside sales or similar role, preferably in the software industry. 3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. 4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. 7. Freshers or candidates with maximum 1 year experience would be preferred.
