Role Summary


We are in search of a driven Lead Information Architect. This role requires a visionary leader in the architectural design and delivery of data solutions, beginning with our regulatory domain. You will lead the definition of information architecture across data models, master data strategies, and metadata strategies. Your efforts will ensure our data is structured for optimal accessibility, interoperability, and reusability, supporting direct user engagement and advanced AI applications. Collaboration with other technical and business functions will be key to delivering significant business value.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement effective data structures across various business functions including Quality Management, Clinical Supply, and Sales & Distribution.
  • Translate business requirements into robust data models and architectures.
  • Ensure data integrity and usability across systems through strategic master data and metadata management.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively gather and translate requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Information Architects to foster skill development and professional growth.


Requirements


  • Proven expertise in SAP Data structures relevant to various operational sectors such as Pharma, R&D, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experienced in SAP Information Architecture and familiar with tools like ER Studio and SAP Power Designer.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading information architecture teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of data governance, including designing master data solutions and implementing data cataloguing tools like Collibra.
  • Desirable traits include familiarity with FAIR data management principles and experience in data architecture governance.
