Job Summary


We are looking for a Commercial & Hospitality Office Furniture Sales Specialist to join our team at office in Chennai, India. As a Commercial & Hospitality Office Furniture Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales through Direct clients Consultant, Interiors & Construction industries., providing excellent customer service, and building relationships with our commercial and hospitality clients across Chennai.


Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement sales strategies for commercial and hospitality clients across major cities in India, with a primary focus on all emirates, and later expanding to GCC along with more supporting sales force team.


• Identify and qualify potential sales leads through proactive outreach, networking, and attending industry events.


• Conduct client meetings to assess their needs and preferences, understanding their business objectives, space requirements, and budgetary considerations.


• Present comprehensive furniture solutions that align with client requirements, showcasing our extensive product range, design expertise, and ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing workspaces.


• Negotiate pricing and close deals, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our furniture solutions.


• Manage client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing any concerns promptly and maintaining ongoing communication.


• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the commercial and hospitality furniture sector.


• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, analyzing sales performance, identifying potential opportunities, and providing valuable insights for strategic planning.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, interior design, hospitality management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial and hospitality furniture sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.


• In-depth knowledge of commercial and hospitality furniture trends, styles, and design principles.


• Excellent understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture solutions.


• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently present complex furniture solutions to high-level decision-makers.


• Proven ability to build rapport with clients, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and presentation tools.


• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
