Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager 1 Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 5+ years Responsibilities: **As the Product Manager 1, you will be responsible for driving product outcomes for a portfolio/journey, encompassing product adoption, feature roll-out, journey roll-out, and internal stakeholder enablement. Your key responsibilities include:- Collaborating closely with the Product Manager for the journey to oversee multiple initial launches for beta customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.- Working with Sales Account Managers (SAM) and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to drive journey migration and deliver measurable business outcomes for customers.

  • Managing end-user and customer feedback by delivering new features and journeys, coordinating associated implementations or migrations.
  • Partnering with Product Managers (PMs) and the Engineering team to identify and remove bottlenecks, delivering the experience that aligns with customer needs and expectations.
  • Reducing customization requirements for new implementations or change requests (CRs) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Enriching journey experiences across customers by cross-pollinating and incorporating customer CRs and feedback.
  • Providing strategic product direction as the internal voice of the customer and serving as a senior member of the product team.
  • Defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for customers and guiding progressive product builds based on feature criticality within the journey.
  • Ensuring deepening of journeys is delivered in a configurable manner, minimizing customization specific to individual customers.
  • Owning the roadmap for migrating customers to standardized journeys, demonstrating the value of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through journey deepening. Role Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with an MBA preferred.
  • Previous experience in product implementation is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Skill in balancing user and customer needs with company vision to drive product success.
