We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers. We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants. We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated People person to join our highly agile team. You will be responsible for People Operations, Organization Development and Analytics. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations. Job responsibilities: Responsible for complete employee cycle, from onboarding to exit. Responsible for complete Document management system. HRIS Ensuring seamless exit process. Maintain accurate HR records and databases. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assess employee pulse and analyze survey results and recommend strategies for improving employee engagement. Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Collaborate with external vendors and internal resources for all people deliverables. Ensure compliance is 100% by meeting statutory requirements and clearance of audits. Assess all People policies and procedures and ensure we are compliant and meet the best practices. Update and maintain employee handbook and policy documents. Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with inquiries. Manage and improve HR Operations workflows that support the team and the broader organization. Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead. Ensuring the integrity of HR data. Manage, advise, and escalate as appropriate on all employee relations including, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy. Excellence in MIS and analytics. Experience in implementing and maintaining HRIS. Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal. Experience in IT scale up organizations. Professional studies or contributions outside the scope of job in Human Resources is a plus. Education Qualification - Graduate Experience - 6 to 9 years. Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech Work arrangement – 5 days working from office.
